The Division of Administration and Finance is chiefly responsible for the establishment of financial policies and internal controls and the provision of service and support for the College's accounting, auxiliary, administrative, physical plant, capital planning, institutional reporting and budget functions.
The division is comprised of the following departments:
Administrative Services (Human Resources, Purchasing, Graphic Arts, Risk Management, Affirmative Action and Compliance)
Auxiliary Services (Dining Services, Catering, Bookstore, Hogan Center, Conference Services, Post Office, Trademarks & Licensing)
Finance and Budget (Oversight of the Controller's Office, annual operating and capital budgets and tax compliance.
Physical Plant (Contracts & Construction, Building Services, Trades & Shops, Grounds, Telecommunications)
Planning and Special Projects (Long-term operating and capital budgets, institutional data management and reporting, and College-wide and division special projects)
The Division acts as the primary representative on all fiscal and audit-related matters to the Audit, Finance, and Buildings and Grounds Committees of the Board of Trustees.
In the fall of 2006, the Division adopted a vision, mission and values statement that will serve to guide the actions of all employees within the division. The Division's motto, Shared Vision - Shared Success, reflects the Division's commitment to the vision and success of the College. All employees within the division are expected to contribute to the success and uphold the values of the Division and the College.
