Submit Help Desk Ticket

To submit an ITS Help Desk ticket send an email to   and provide a brief description of the problem or request.

To check on the status of an existing ticket, login to your Holy Cross Gmail account, click “Apps” button in the upper right corner, click More and click IT Service Desk icon.
