Submit Help Desk Ticket

To submit an ITS Help Desk ticket send an email to Helpdesk-request@holycross.edu and provide a brief description of the problem or request. To check on the status of an existing ticket, login to your Holy Cross Gmail account, click “More” from the black Google menu bar and select IT Service Desk from the drop down list.
