Academic Van Requests

A twelve seat Academic Van is available through the Registrar's Office for use by Holy Cross faculty for trips related to courses or activities of academic departments and programs. The van includes a trailer hitch.

All Holy Cross faculty, staff, and students are now required to complete the "Driver Certification and Training Course" presented by the Department of Public Safety before driving a van. (More detailed information may be found on the Transportation web page.)  Keys are picked up from the Registrar's Office during normal business hours and returned at the start of the next business day.

Please fill out the following two forms listed below and bring them to the Registrar's Office in Smith 235.
