Description of the Organization:
Cambridge Biomedical, a specialized CRO partnering with clients to provide Custom Solutions for Life Sciences Companies™ is seeking two interns to participate in our 12 week summer internship program.

CLINICAL R&D INTERN
The goal of this internship is to provide the intern with hands-on experience with routine cell cultures, flow cytometry testing, and PCR.

QUALITY ASSURANCE INTERN
The goal of this internship is to provide the intern with hands-on experience in the area of Document Control, Archiving, and Training.  During this internship you will:
-          Perform routine document control, archiving, and training operations.
-          Support improvement and remediation projects.
-          Provide input to ensure streamlining of processes.
-          Review and edit SOPs, policies, protocols, reports, work instructions, etc.
-          Provide technical writing/editing to assigned projects.
-          Assist in document lifecycle management, the management of training records and the management of aging organization and archival of paper records
-          Work with Quality Assurance on projects as needed.

Interested candidates for either of these positions must:
-          Be enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate program at an accredited college/university
-          Be participating in the Massachusetts Life Science Center Internship program.
-          Possess sound technical and analytical skills
-          Possess a strong desire to learn
-          Possess excellent communication skills
-          Be proficient in MS Office Suite
-          Be adaptable/flexible
-          Be able to handle frequent interruptions and changing priorities
-          Be able to organize and prioritize work effectively to meet timelines
